I Need To Try To Get A New Weapon

I am in charge of a film club at my school, and we do alot of fan films relating to most fandoms: Whovians, Otakus, Gamers, ECT. But when ever we are going to make an original video and it is an action film, I always pic a Katana. IDk why i always pick it, it just feels natural for me to. A friend pointed this out, so he said, "I've seen you work with so many other weapons, and your great with them. Why do you always use a Katana in our videos?"
My Response was, "I'm Asian, Do you want me to use a European Broadsword with a shield?"
Anyways. Thats it, But if you were stuck in a zombie Apocalypse, what melee weapon would you take?
